Meng: Meng's First Barefoot Practice
Meng is Xia's friend and has always wanted to experience the joy of barefoot walking. I arranged this barefoot practice session for her.

We started in a park. First, we took off our shoes and carried them while doing adaptive exercises in the park. Then, we placed the shoes under a bush, walked out, and went onto the street.

Meng was still quite natural and not overly nervous. So, I assigned her tasks like “stepping in mud” and “walking on broken bricks.” She performed well, showing a real talent for barefoot walking. Moreover, her toes are very beautiful, especially when they move while stepping on the ground.
