Teacher Zuo has long practiced the concept of barefoot living, viewing it as a healthy lifestyle that is close to nature and attentive to bodily sensations. During this meeting in Hangzhou, she chose to take off her shoes and guide me through the city in a barefoot state, strolling around the commercial areas near West Lake. There were many tourists that day, and the crowds were dense. Finding a suitable place to eat took considerable time, as many restaurants in the mall required queuing. Eventually, we chose a fast-food restaurant for our meal. This documentation is not intended to deliberately showcase the form itself, but rather hopes to present the practical state of barefoot living in everyday urban environments through real-life scenarios, exploring a more natural lifestyle that emphasizes bodily awareness. This set includes 11 minutes of video, provided for barefoot enthusiasts to reference and learn from.
